Fruit was sourced from outstanding Cabernet vineyards in the Coonawarra, Barossa Valley and Mount Barker. The Coonawarra component contributes strength and firmness of structure, while the Barossa adds mouth-filling richness, resulting in a completeness of structure and flavour. Fermentation was completed in barrel, the wine was then matured in new American oak for eighteen months. Alcohol 13.50% Acidity 7.70g/L pH 3.38.
