Terra Felix is an assemblage of components grown to typically rich, red duplex central Victorian soils. High solid ferments and yeast lees contract to highlight textural qualities. It's the whites from Terra Felix that have really impressed the cognescenti, particularly those made from the Rhone varietals Marsanne and Rousanne. The team take the classic Rhône varietals and apply their personal expression to create a whole new way of thinking about the wines. The sole objective is to make wines that capture the natural flavours of the grapes from the Lucky Country. A component of Terra Felix is treated to malolactic fermentation and is matured in acombination of new and prior use oaks. Approx 13.6%
