Dominated slightly by a larger proportion of Aÿ and Verzenay, Bouzy and Tauxières Pinot Noir, the ancient Crus of Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Cuis for Chardonnay. Treated to the extravagance of barrel ferments and minimal Extra Brut Doseage of three grams per liter, RD is James Bond’s favourite Champagne.
