A fully Certified Organic Shiraz, picked off vines which have been husbanded to a holistic, environmentally sustainable viticulture, spicy, brooding and engagingly aromatic, a long dry red with elegant velvet tannins, peppery plum fruit characters and piquantly perfumed, cool Coonawarra finish.
