Brut Réserve comprises the three noble varietals in equal measure, a collation of sixty carefully selected crus, the very essence of Champagne in a bottle. Freshness and elegance of Chardonnay, structure from Pinot Noir, a contribution of generous fruit complexity from Pinot Meunier. A large proportion of reserve wines are included, averaging ten years of age. Once bottled, the wine is aged for a minimum of three years under the ancient chalk cellars, or crayéres.
