Exclusively Langhorne Creek, the varietal components are richly oak barrel fermented for optimal complexity and maximum extraction of flavour. Upon completion, components are pressed and filled to selection of the finest French 225 litres oak barriques for sixteen months maturation prior to assemblage. Malbec components are treated to a traditional lees stirring battonage for palate complexity and luxuriously silky mouthfeel.
