Located in the highest reaches, looking out across Mount Lofty Ranges, the property is ideally situated by virtue of its elevation and cool climate. Grapes are picked in immaculate condition. After a cool fermentation, the wine is naturally settled before cold filtration and bottling, barely three months after harvest.
