Over time, the exceptional qualities of the Chardonnay grape continue to work inside the Ruinart bottles and enable the champagne to be kept in optimum conditions. The remarkable qualities of the Premier Cru Chardonnay grape have given rise to what is now commonly called Goût Ruinart, an inimitable universally recognised taste which develops aromatic complexity over time.
