Fashioned to the classic dry white styling, components of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, Verdelho and Riesling, Semillon and Muscadelle, are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified to achieve lift and refreshing verve in the finished wine. Gentle processing and cool fermentation captures vibrancy and freshness, early bottling, carried out promptly after assemblage and clarification, retains the crisp character of fully ripened grapes in the vineyard.
