A refreshing white exhibiting intense fruit and concentrated flavours, Montage beckons to be enjoyed with good food.

Montage triumphs at bringing batches of compatible Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc fruit, to be balanced into a quenching white wine, stylishly crafted at the De Bortoli wineworks in Bilbul. Grown to good Riverina and Yarra Valley vineyards, harvested on the basis of exemplary varietal definition and concentration of flavour. Parcels are delivered promptly to the winery in excellent condition where they are gently pressed to retain varietal character and freshness. The juices are cold fermented to retain fruit flavour and freshness. On completion of fermentation, Montage is clarified and bottled whilst young and fresh to preserve all the expressions of the vineyard and vitality of fruit. Alcohol 11.6%
