The Nant farmworks have been growing the finest quality barley for almost 200 years, the pick of their crop is set aside for the Distillery. Nant Estate is planted to loftier highlands than many of the great Scottish Distilleries. The significance being that at over 1,000 feet above sea level, oak barrels impart greater intensity, flavour and perfume into the ageing Malt. A selection of well seasoned American oak casks which have held vintages of maturing Sherry, infuse amzing richness and complexity into a Single Tasmanian Malt of extraordinary elegance and refinement.
