Built to a satisfying and consistent styling, Bin 389 has been revered by generations and continues to deliver in terms of quality. Major components this year are from Padthaway and the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra, Wrattonbully and Robe. Grapes are selectively harvested parcel by parcel, pursuing full flavours, structure and balance. The finishe Bin 389 is matured for twelve months in a mix of new and prior use American oak hogsheads. Alcohol 14.5%
