Red Label is crafted to traditional winemaking methods through state of the art control techniques to ensure the consistency of quality with each vintage. Grapes are sourced from the finest sites, tended by growers who work closely with Wolf Blass. Harvested at the peak of ripeness to fully developed flavours and ripe tannins, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are crushed and fermented separately. Made to a style that promotes primary characters of fruit whilst adding palate complexity through judicious use of oak. Alcohol 13.5%
