Many of its distinguished grower families can trace their heritage to parts of northern Italy where Prosecco grapes are indigenous. The King Valley climate is ideal for a slow ripening of grapes that's essential for fine Sparkling. Fruit is harvested throughout the cool of night from vineyards with breathtaking vistas, surrounded by alpine forests and high altitude snowfields. Batches are pressed and racked to fermenting vats. Upon completion, components are assembled and treated to a secondary vinification, contributing the creaminess and developing luxurious textures, followed by transfer to bottle for final sealing.
