Upper Yarra Valley fruit imparts floral and spice to the finished Rosé wine. Pinot Noir is the compelling element, harvested earlier in the season and treated to a slightly unique regimen of vinification techniques, assembled with a cull of the finest Chardonnay components, extravagantly aged three years on sedimentery lees, without any exposure to oak.
