The Art & Soul range are fashioned to represent an experience that's far greater than the sum of parts, made to capture true varietal character while offering quality and consistency with every vintage. Shiraz and Cabernet make the enduring Australian claret style. Art Series is crafted from a collation of parcels assembled from established Shiraz and Cabernet vineyards dotted dotted throughout the Barossa. Grapes are crushed and vinified on skins for seven days before pressing off to a mixture of French and American oak hogsheads for a year, where the Shiraz and Cabernet components integrate fully, building complexity, mellowing the tannins and achieving fine structure.
