Annies Lane are based around a bounty of the best vineyards. As with all of their production, the priority is to fashion a Rosé which meets the high quality standards that wine lovers have come to expect from Annie's Lane, while ensuring the wine retains that laid back feel which really suits the contemporary Australian lifestyle. Fashioned from fruit grown to distinguished estate vineyards in Valley Clare, parcels are crushed and treated to a cold soak on skins just long enough to attain the desired pink hue. Batches are drained and vinified in controlled fermenters through the action of choice aromatic yeasts. Upon completion, components are fined, assembled and bottled promptly to retain vitality.
TASTING NOTES
Light cherry red with purple hues. Strawberry and raspberry nose, apples, red currant and floral citrus notes. Juicy strawberry and cherry, angel hair and fresh fruit cup flavours, a luscious mouthfeel supported by crisp acidity driving a fresh and vibrant finish. Its rakish pink colour and toothsome flavours have taken Annie's Lane Rosé from inaugural release to cult status in a very short time.

About the Annies Lane Winery
It was on October 2 1851 that Francis Treloar purchased his first piece of land in Watervale on which the historic Quelltaler winery stands today
On January 3, 1853 Treloar and his family moved to their new home in Watervale. The house was a simple hut like so many in which pioneer families began their farming lives. On June 15, 1854 Treloar planted his first patch of vines which he obtained as cuttings from a Mr Solly. Annies Lane»
