Assembled by the cellar master at Maison Ferrand, a rich blend of Dark Trinidad Rums matured in seasoned Bourbon oak casks. Ferrand became familiar with the Caribbean's most artisanal Distilleries after trading used Brandy casks in exchange for stocks of the finest Rum. The perfect elixir for sipping as aperitif or for dressing up as a summer cooler, its delicately spiced and smoky oak nose leads on to a refined palate of luscious banana and fruit peel characters, citrus flavours and exotic clove spice.
