CASK 8845 Distilled in 1975 and aged in oaken sherry hogshead until bottling in 2005 while at the age of 30 years. A heady nose that is aromatic with orange, grapefruit, caramelised apple, banana, cream custard. Light oak with smoke dusted with cinnamon. A palate of fruity-orange, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and wood smoke. Medium long finish with oak spices, dry ginger and smoky fruits. Price can fluctuate and may change without notice. Delivery of the Vintage Macallans may take up to two months or more. Total outturn 85 bottles. Alcohol 51% natural cask strength.
