Tempus Two is the culmination of Lisa McGuigan's dream to create a world class tourism experience within an ultra premium winemaking estate. Tempus Two have broken the tradition with their tantalizing editions of dessert wine, sealing the precious liquid within hand blown bottles of Italian glass, which have claimed conspicuous design awards. Botrytis Cinerea Noble Rot is a fungal infection which causes dehydration and concentration of juices within the infected grape. There was much debate at Tempus Two about which style to produce from the intensely sweet Griffith Semillon.
