The baronial Wolf Blass commands a wealth of vineyard resources to access the most highly prized fruit. An extremely easy to enjoy table red, lightly oaked, lead by the dominance of assertive Cabernet Sauvignon yet softened by the plush, plum fruit of the sweetly perfumed Merlot.

Red Label is crafted to traditional winemaking methods through state of the art control techniques to ensure the consistency of quality with each vintage. Grapes are sourced from the finest sites, tended by growers who work closely with Wolf Blass. Harvested at the peak of ripeness to fully developed flavours and ripe tannins, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are crushed and fermented separately.
