Seppeltsfield Wines are the cautious custodians of a priceless collection of fortified wines spanning more than 150 years of excellence. Seppeltsfield Tokay is made from Muscadelle grapes, harvested at peak ripeness and fortified to give a delicate spirit lift. A blend of fortified and cellared wines from a number of vintages. Muscadelle grapes from precious old Rutherglen vineyards are treated to a fortification of brandy spirits during fermentation, which arrests the process and retains the vital fruit sugars and characteristic rancio characters of rich wines.
