A celebration of Australia's great diversity in terroirs and clime, assembling two distinct regional expressions into a single varietal wine. Parcels are selected to impart complexity and flavour diversity rarely found within a single region, while preserving the integrity of each individual component. Margaret River contributes green apple and grapefruit characters, along with subtle grassy overtones. The Adelaide Hills add structure and length while bringing delicious tropical flavours, passionfruits and lychee.

The Margaret River site provides good drainage to the vines throughout rainy winter months. Adelaide Hills produces Sauvignon Blanc of distinction, the cooler clime is perfectly suited to earlier ripening varieties. Fruit is harvested at night to retain freshness, grapes are gently whole berry pressed into fermenters, minimizing phenolics. Choice yeasts are selected which can best enhance the quality of fruit from each terroir. Upon completion of ferments, a month of lees stirring battonage on the Adelaide Hills component infuses the palate with richness and infuses complexity. The final wine is assembled with minimal fining and filtration prior to bottling.
