Riesling grapes are sourced solely from the Grosset Polish Hill Vineyard, very much in the style that followers of Grosset have learned to expect. A vineyard that has been yielding not just a wine, but a highly sophisticated style of Riesling, every year since inaugural release. Planted at 460 metres above sea level on sandy loam over shallow clay with underlying gravel, shale and slate, the Grosset Polish Hill parcels are producing one of Australia's great wines. Careful work in the vineyard, especially a painstaking thinning of fruit, yields the most pristine harvest.
