Yellow Tail are endowed with a wide expanse of vineyards in the Riverina from which to source the finest Chardonnay. Fruit is gently pressed to retain maximum freshness and flavour. Free run juices are cold fermented with select yeasts, the wine is lightly oaked, clarified and estate bottled.
