Palomino grapes are harvested off the illustrious Inocente vineyard at Pago Macharnudo, oak fermented and treated to a term of eight years under a cap of flor yeasts before transfer to the Tio Diego Solera for a further eight years and ritual top ups. A richly complex style, off dry, elegant and exquisitely balanced with a distinctive nose of walnuts, creamy white oak and toffeed autumn leaf.
