Nestled in the heart of the Cote des Blancs, 100% Chardonnay and 100% grand cru, this is the king of Champagne vineyards. The production, inevitably limited, is the fruit of a handful of historically selected plots, of which one is essential, le Jardin Salon. Rigorous selection, keystone of quality, is the first phase of an uncompromising production that skilfully blends spontaneous art with unbending rules. Fiercely attached to tradition and to the authenticity of their site, the sister houses of Salon and Delamotte work continually to render its fullest expression.
